Welcome to Hans Diesel Shop. Hans Diesel Shop specializes in rebuilding diesel pumps,
injectors, turbochargers and Cummins engines. We also have a large number of parts for Cummins 4BT 8v and 6BT 12v, and we rebuild those engines.
Why buy parts from people who don't also work on these engines? A lot of people can import cheap parts from Asia and sell them at rock bottom prices, but
what do you do, when you have a problem? What do you do when the new pump that you bought won't start your vehicle? They have never installed a pump. They
can't answer your questions. We now stock a few hundred different parts for various Cummins engines like gaskets, gears, pumps,
injectors, bearings and rings. If you are rebuilding a Cummins engine, you have come to the right place. I not only sell these parts, but I install them on rebuilt engines as well.
If you don't want to rebuild your Cummins engine yourself, we have 4BT, 6BT and 6CT longblocks. All you need to do is put your accessories on and you should have a new engine. We can also provide complete 4BT and 6BT engines with pump and injectors.
These engines have been test run so you know they work.

We have new longblocks in stock to replace your worn out 4BT, 6BT or 6CT engines. If you have an old wornout 4BT (8 valve), 6BT (12 valve) or 6CT (12 valve) engine, these new longblocks will get you going again.
I have longblocks fitting both rotary and inline p-pumps. Just transfer your accessories over, like your pump and injectors, and you will be up and running again. I've been selling these for a few years with no long term complaints.

Rebuilt Diesel Injectors for Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Diesel. If you have a rough running engine or low rail pressure, some new injectors should help you out.
I can rebuild them for $129 + core for one injector or $799 + core for a set of 8. I have the latest equipment to test these and I've sold thousands of these injectors.

New Product: Cummins Cylinder Heads

New cylinder heads for Cummins 6BT 12v and 4BT 8v. I also have a 6CT 12v head. There are both bare heads sold without valves and complete heads with valves, springs, valve stem seals and retainers installed.
If you have a cracked head or a blown valve, this will get your engine running. These are all cast iron heads so they are normally pretty tough, but problems still happen..
I also stock the complete valvetrain for 6BT 12v and 24v engines as well as the 6CT 8.3 engines. I have all the Cummins cylinder head parts you need!

It's now been more than 20 years since I started selling parts for diesel engines. My first product was a timing adapter for the Bosch VE pumps.
I started working with older VW diesel pumps and injectors that were fully mechanical, because I had been driving them since I was a teenager. My father Hans
bought his first VW Rabbit Diesel in the early 80's, and I learned to drive on his 1986 VW Jetta diesel.
I have always tried to sell good quality products at a great price.
I believe that customers should have a choice of affordable, good quality aftermarket parts instead of overpriced OEM parts.
While 20 years have gone by, I am still learning new things, trying to find new ways of serving the customer, and developing new products.
